Processing Time: All our products are 100% handmade and customized with love. Standard orders take about 3 to 5 working days to process before they are shipped out.
Shipping Timelines: Once shipped, orders typically deliver within 5 to 7 business days across India, depending on your location. Worldwide shipping times may vary.
Shipping Charges: We offer transparent shipping rates calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be automatically applied based on ongoing store offers.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment's progress.

Because our products are handcrafted and specifically customized for you, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have entered the processing stage.

No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash or monetary refunds on any purchases. In valid cases where a return/replacement is approved, we exclusively issue a Store Credit that can be used for future purchases from our store.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare case that your product arrives damaged due to shipping:
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear, non-shaky unboxing video showing the full package and the opening process from the very beginning is mandatory for any damage claims.
- Based on the verification and situation, we will issue a store credit or appropriate resolution.
